It’s high time that we started educating ourselves about different and sustainable ways of dealing with stress and anxiety at work. Yoga is an ancient mind-body practice which has the potential to set you on a path of healthy body and mind.
In this event of 75 mins , organized by Orcapod , exclusively for its select customers who are part of the Preferred Customer Program, Shikha Sood, an internationally certified Hatha yoga teacher shall discuss the importance of Yoga and how you can integrate it into your corporate life to deal with stress and anxiety . You would also be made to practice a few Yogic Exercises with a proper explanation of how these impacts the stress level and make you more productive at work.
