How long is the partnership expected to last?
The minimum time investment expected of you is one year. At the end of the first year, you can renew the partnership or choose to exit.

Can I have partnerships with others too when I partner with Orcapod?
Yes, you can work with other clients and other recruitment companies. This is not an exclusive partnership with us.

Is there any upfront investment for this partnership?
We will charge you a small fee of INR 10,000/- as one-time setup charges. This fee is non-refundable as we wish to discourage those who are in the mode of wanting to “try out” this option. This program is only for those who are serious about this line of business.

What other investments are expected from me if I join this program?
If you are already running a recruitment business, we do not expect you to make any additional investment in your business. It is expected that you will make use of your existing capacity to serve demands coming from us.

I do not have a recruitment company currently, but I wish to start one. Can I become your partner?
While technically you can become our partner, but we’d like to caution you that we do not give extensive coverage to our partners in terms of training and hand-holding. Our advice to you is that you start your business on the strength of your experience and not base it on this partnership.

However, an option you can explore is to become our franchisee. This will reduce your overheads related to sales, marketing and operations. In addition, we will also be investing our resources in training your team. To know more about our franchisee program, click here.

I have a recruitment company. What kind of demands can I expect?
We are focused on two types of business demands.

Type – 1(Outsourcing & Offshoring): In this business demand, you will be getting demands around Technology, BPO, Analytics, Engineering Services and Design. You can expect to serve senior positions in this type of business demand.

Type – 2 (Non-IT Professional Staffing): In this business demand, we serve our clients across industry sectors on contract staffing. The demand here is for junior resources, and senior positions cannot be expected.

In addition to these two categories of business demands, we run MSP and RPO programs for some of our clients. You can also choose to support us on these programs
What will make this a successful partnership for me?
In Type-1 (Outsourcing & Offshoring) demands, we work with large clients where demand type is more complex. You will be successful if your team has the necessary competence for serving these demands. If your recruitment team’s past experience is in serving Non-Tech sectors or in serving Technology companies who are small and/or startups, you will face difficulties in making the partnership work.

In Type-2 (Non-IT Professional Staffing) demands, as this is the contract staffing business, most (not all) of the demands will be for junior resources. If you have experience in volume / bulk hiring, you will find this to be easy to execute. On the other hand, if you only work in senior and niche positions, this part of the business might prove to be difficult for you to address.

What if I start on the program and don’t get expected success?
While we can assure you that you will have continuous flow of demands, converting them to real business will depend on the competence and commitment levels of your team. If you want to make it work, you need to remain invested in this partnership for at least 1-2 years. If this time frame does not work for you, then we advise that you don’t enrol for the partnership program.
